Sitting in the stands with a friend, she spectated Day 11 of the tense tennis tournament, but chose to swerve the usual styles of the crowd. Instead of tennis whites and preppy separates, or the looks enjoyed by fellow spectators like Katie Holmes and Em Rata, the designer opted for a paisley print kaftan over a white button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, accessorizing with a silver necklace, and chunky silver and gold rings. It was a relaxed look that proves the designer’s decades-long allegiance to the spirit of bohemian style.

Back on the west coast, Ashley Olsen joined her husband Louis Eisner and her acclaimed fashion photographer mother-in-law Lisa Eisner at the YES Scholars 25th Anniversary Gala, held at the Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles on September 4.
