Another day, another huge Hollywood press tour to take in!
This month has already seen several splashy red carpet premieres and photocalls for Toy Story 5, releasing on June 19. Just last night in L.A., all of the star-studded cast—including Taylor Swift, who delivered a new original song for the soundtrack—assembled. Conan O’Brien, Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, and Greta Lee, who helped voice your favorite toys and some new recruits in the animated film, all walked the step and repeat.
Lee—who plays Lilypad, a tablet device—wore a Dior dress, which was a particular standout on the carpet. She wore a one-shouldered, twisted knit bubble dress, as seen in the French label’s spring 2026 couture collection. The delicate design featured an asymmetrical draped skirt embroidered with red and white velvet flowers.
Lee is no stranger to shutting down a carpet, of course. She has emerged as one of Hollywood’s best dressed stars, someone takes risks with serious success, thanks to her stylist Danielle Goldberg. It’s not surprising that she and Goldberg would pull out all of the stops for her blockbuster Toy Story run. But forget method dressing! While the star could have easily leaned into cartoony or kitschy looks for this press tour, Lee has chosen to go the refined route instead. Call it playful-chic.
Her first look for the press tour was unveiled last month, when Lee hit the carpet in London wearing a red halter gown by High Sport embroidered with little stars. Thanks to the peppy color and starry motif, the frock felt whimsical, but in a way that didn’t sacrifice sophistication or modernity. Ditto for the Yeji Y. Ham look she wore for another recent Toy Story photo call: the emerging designer’s look featured an abstract polka-dotted top and skirt that felt fun, yet sleek.
