This week, the fall 2026 couture shows are underway in Paris, and designers are unveiling their most elaborate (and exquisite) designs of the year. Almost as good? The starry A-list crowd seen taking in the collections, perched in the front row. Just a few days in, and we’ve already seen big names such as Teyana Taylor, Sarah Pidgeon, Hudson Williams, and many more making their catwalk-adjacent cameos in the City of Light. (The Chanel show, for one, was especially star-studded.)
But few are bringing it with their fashion choices quite like musician Cardi B. Every season, the rapper is a mainstay at the couture shows, and she consistently proves why: she understands the assignment of attending fashion week (the assignment being to embrace dramatic, over-the-top glamour, of course). This week, Cardi has pulled off multiple outfit changes, each look more theatrical and striking than the next. She and stylist Kollin Carter have leaned into treating each outfit as a fashion fantasy—committing entirely to the mood and vibe of the ensemble at hand.
Cardi kicked things off two days ago, when she showed up to the Rahul Mishra show in a custom look by the celebrated Indian designer. The sculptural gown—inspired by the silhouette of a statuette and featuring tromp l’oeil anatomical details and draped folds—clung to the form in all the right places (and would have been a perfect choice for this year’s Met Gala, themed around the body). She punctuated the look with a striking headpiece and dangly Chopard earrings.
Later that evening, the star switched things up while heading to dinner at Siena Paris. Cardi emerged in a head-to-toe lavender look by Rowen Rose, including a collared mini dress with matching statement earrings. Her little white gloves and pointed pumps? It totally matched the outfit’s sweet, retro feel.
