Yes, they’ve been spotted together by the paparazzi—but never on a formal red carpet. That all changed tonight: Mescal and Abrams walked the 2026 BAFTAs step and repeat proudly, hand-in-hand. (They even shared a cheeky kiss.)
Call tonight their official hard-launch, after Mescal and Abrams marked their first public appearance together at a screening of Man on the Run in London last week. There, the two stars wore matching dad caps as they posed on the casual photo call set with Sir Paul McCartney himself. (Fitting, given Mescal will be portraying the legendary Beatles member in the upcoming biopic.) But tonight’s BAFTAs moment felt more splashy—it was just them two, their love, and of course, two elegant looks worthy of a red carpet.

Let’s dissect their couple style. Ever the Chanel girl, Abrams wore a look from Matthieu Blazy’s pre-fall 2026 collection, shown in New York back in December.
