On an evening in Roma, what’s a girl to do-a? If you’re Kim Kardashian, you dress up to the nines, grab a gelato, and take your Birkin for a wander.

Kardashian has been enjoying the last gasp of summer on vacation in Italy with daughter North West, following time away in Cabo for her second time this season with her other three kids, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. After a more laidback trip to Mexico, the more glamorous, outré wardrobe made a welcome return for Kim’s trip back to Italia.

Yesterday evening (August 27), Kardashian was photographed in the Italian city of Rome, heading out for dinner with a friend to a local trattoria near Piazza Navona. It was a textbook Kim Kardashian look and silhouette. She wore a camel suede two-piece with a plunging, cross backed cropped bra top and high-waisted, tight maxi skirt with a slit, which she styled with a silver Chrome Hearts necklace, nude stilettos, and an ultra rare matte poussière alligator Hermés Kelly bag cut with palladium hardware from 2016. When the slender, textured bag was last seen at auction in 2021, it was going for $15K. Of course, Kardashian has an outsized Birkin collection, including an extremely oversized gray crocodile bag and a Himalaya Birkin. Her love of reptilian textures can’t be missed either, whether it’s mixing croc and snake print fabrics or in the form of a rare vintage purse.

The creamy outfit went perfectly with a cone of gelato that the Skims founder picked up after her dinner. It looks like a fruity raspberry, maybe even a sorbet, but upon further investigation and testing this writer can report back.

Kardashian also opted for her signature long, wavy, brunette hair—despite showing off a brief dalliance with an ashy blonde just like week—and glowy glam.

While Kim has jaunted from the Sánchez-Bezos wedding in Venice to Paris, Mexico, and back to Italy once again, the rest of her sisters have also been making the most of their vacation wardrobes while they still can. Between Kendall and Kylie, the Jenners have managed to tick off just about every summer trend going—from polka dots and capri pants to sheer fabrics and scarves-over-pants.
