Yes, polka dots are big this season, but the retro pattern has transcended clothing—and is taking on new life—by appearing in the beauty world, too.
It started earlier this season, when Kylie Jenner declared it a “polka dot summer.” Now, Sabrina Carpenter, Sydney Sweeny, and Dua Lipa have all been spotted with the look (Lipa found the trend so nice, she tried it twice!). A handful of the trendy manicures are were painted by two of the industry’s biggest celebrity nail artists: London-based Michelle Humphrey and Los Angeles-based Zola Ganzorigt (aka the woman responsible for the glazed donut manicure).
