Sometimes—no matter how much custom Pucci or vintage Alaïa you own—all a gal needs is a trip to Brandy Melville. Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber spent yesterday afternoon at the Italian brand’s Brentwood outpost. Luckily, it seemed that the tween favorite store wasn’t totally cleared out during back-to-school shopping: their posse left with arms full of their black logo-less paper bags.
For their shopping date, Jenner opted for a body-conscious charcoal gray midi dress, which she styled with a black pair of criss-crossing toe loop sandals and a buttery brown leather tote. She added a noughties touch with a pair of rectangular sunnies. Bieber also kept it simple, wearing an elevated strappy white tank top from Suzie Kondi and a pair of indigo low-slung jeans. She continued to stick by her favorite kitten heeled thong sandals, and slung a black woven leather bag over her shoulder.
Given their shared fondness for wardrobe building blocks, we can only imagine that the pair were stocking up at Brandy, a store known best for its one-size-fits-all (if that size is XS or S) basics. Perhaps Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber finally know who they want to be: a grown woman in a baby tee.
