George and Amal Clooney took date night to the next level tonight at the 2025 Tony Awards.
The couple hit the red carpet at Radio City Music Hall for Broadway’s biggest night. George, who is nominated for best performance by a leading actor in a play for his role in Good Night, and Good Luck, opted for a sleek, classic tuxedo. Amal, meanwhile, leaned into the opulence.
The human rights barrister wore a body-skimming white dress with a corset-like bodice, which was adorned with thousands of pearls of all sizes. The strapless dress was complete with strings of pearls draped across her biceps. Amal accessorized her mermaid-esque dress with a small pearlescent clutch and a pair of white pumps.
Although Amal was unable to attend the starry opening night of Good Night, and Good Luck, she did celebrate her husband backstage at a recent performance, alongside Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, and Huma Abedin. For the more lowkey occasion, the lawyer opted for an asymmetrical, one-shouldered black dress. But in her white, pearl-adorned dress at the 2025 Tony Awards tonight, Amal Clooney looks just at home on the red carpet as she does backstage.
