Yes, this weekend marked America’s 250th anniversary, but all that we at Vogue could talk about was the wedding of the century. In case you missed it, Taylor Swift, America’s biggest pop. sstar, tied the knot with football player Travis Kelce at New York’s Madison Square Garden on July 3.
Stepping in while Chloe and Chioma are away, Senior Features Editor Marley Marius sat down with two Vogue staffers (and low-key Swifties) who were closely following the wedding festivities: Anna Grace Lee and Anna Cafolla. Together, the group discussed the unusual location, the surprising officiant (Adam Sandler!), the guests both expected and unexpected, the Dior dress, possible honeymoon locations, and everything in between.
“It reads sort of like Mad Libs,” Lee noted of the sprawling list of attendees. “It’s as if someone was like, ‘Who would you have at your dream dinner party?’”

Chloe, who is currently in Paris for Couture Week, shared her speculations about Taylor’s dress after attending Jonathan Anderson’s Dior couture show, which closed with a couture bride.
