It’s safe to say that 2025 was a bumper year for celebrity proposals. That would be musician and actor Dove Cameron, who officially shared the news of her engagement to Måneskin frontman Damiano David with an Instagram post on January 3, wishing her followers a belated Happy New Year. “My favorite part of being alive,” she wrote of her romance with David, with a diamond ring emoji accompanying it.
