Michelle Obama Continues Her Winning New-Chanel Streak

This year, Michelle Obama has been delivering one striking fashion win after the next. She and stylist-co-writer Meredith Koop have treated every book signing or panel appearance as an opportunity to deliver a memorable moment. New portraits of the former politician shared by photographer Miles Diggs (known as Diggzy) show Obama wearing a red tweed dress with fun fringing along the top.
