Cara Delevingne already wore the Pride Month outfit to beat before the sun even set on June 1. The model joined the likes of Paris Hilton, Nava Mau, and Bravo-lebrities galore at the West Hollywood Pride Parade, where she rode through the streets of WeHo perched atop a red convertible, colorful fan in hand.
Delevingne wore a perfectly futch outfit in a cropped white tank top and white beaded pearl vest (that appears to be a vintage piece sold by Amarcord Vintage in Brooklyn), which she paired with knee-length black Bermuda shorts and black Fendi Delfina biker boots. She accessorized with a smattering of jewelry, including one particularly cheeky accessory.

While she adorned herself with various rings and bracelets, the real star of the show was subtly hooked through Delevingne’s belt loop on a thick gold chain: a pair of gold, rhinestone-encrusted Chanel scissors with the interlocking C motif in each of the finger rings from spring 2002. And, just if the message wasn’t clear enough, she also wore a “dyke” ring on her right pointer finger. While she wore her scissors at her hip during the parade, she placed them around her neck to receive WeHo Pride’s first-ever Guardian Icon Award.
Delevingne’s own queer identity was something she unpacked while filming her show Planet Sex. “I still struggle with being open—really open—about just how much I love women,” she said in the show’s first episode. But from her leading spot in the parade and her loud and proud accessories, it looks like Cara Delevingne has come a long way.
