Now winding down from the whirlwind press tour that was Another Simple Favor, and giving herself some respite from her ongoing legal battle, Blake Lively stepped out earlier this week for a much-needed night on the town with friends. The dress code? Blake Lively school of dressing staples, of course.
The actor was spotted out and about in New York City on Tuesday (May 13). Husband Ryan Reynolds made a brief appearance, but it was all about the girls, bringing along her sister Robyn Lively and friend and former co-star Salma Hayek. They all enjoyed a meal together at RH Rooftop Restaurant, in the Meatpacking District of New York.
Lively wore loose-fitting black leather pants, layering a check gray blazer with a tile-print red and white shirt, and a white tank top. She accessorized with a boxy Louis Vuitton shoulder bag and a large gold pendant necklace, and some patent chocolate pointy boots. Hayek, meanwhile went for double denim: The actor wore a cinched denim jacket with a brown leather belt and matching blue, buttoned midi skirt, tied together with a white neck scarf, chocolate brown leather boots, and a matching slouchy handbag. Lively’s sister followed a similar vibe, in cuffed denim jeans, a matching denim shirt, white v-neck top, and camel-colored cardigan, with white converse sneakers.
